I've recently noticed that a lot of my regular sites have started to be obscured by a cookies pop-up banner. The banners do have the REJECT/MANAGE options showing but clicking them is not doing anything. As a consequence I can't see the site. This is happening on both my Chrome laptop and my PC using Edge. Any help to remove these would be appreciated.

I already have that enabled and it is doing it on most sites but not others (cineworld for instance)
