Can any one help an old lady with her cookies?

I have been given these instructions and can get as far as No 4 but then can't find the Cookies header - what am I doing wrong?

1. Open up Internet Explorer from your desk top
2. Click on the 'Tools' header in the top menu bar, scroll through
and select 'Internet Options'
3. Click the 'Privacy' tab and the 'Advanced' button.
4. Move the privacy setting to Medium.
5. Under the 'Cookies' header, make sure the 'Override automatic
cookie handling' box is ticked
6. And that the 'Always allow session cookies' tick box is also
selected, then click 'OK' and 'OK' again
7. Close down your browser and then open up a new browser session and
go to http://www.eDietsUK.com <http://www.edietsuk.com/> and you
should now be able to complete a registration online.

The instructions are not quite accurate - there is no cookies header - just a button marked "Advanced". This takes you to the next item in instruction number 5.

I must be really thick Builder I can get as far as number 4 but cannot see anything relating to cookies
Ther isn't one - you just need the advanced button :o)
Step 3 is actually two steps.

3A. Click the Privacy tab.

3B. On the Privacy tab screen you need to click the Advanced button. If you look halfway down the screen there are four buttons - Sites, Import, Advanced, Default. Click the Advanced button and carry on with step 4.
