Press numlock key once.
Press and hold Alt key and 164 on your numeric keypad (on right of your keyboard).

By the way, that 'accent' above the Spanish n is called a tilde.

One simple way of getting access to non-English characters not directly accessible via your keyboard is to google your way into text in that language and just copy-paste the character once you have found it (might take a bit of a hunt on occasion).
