I am looking to reformat my hardrive but I wish to keep my Inbox as it is. How can I export all my emails? I only seem to be able to export my contacts.

Search for *.dbx .
This will find your inbox file and any other folders which you might have stored emails in. Copy the required file(s) to a CD (or whatever other type of removable media you use).
When you've reformatted the drive and re-installed Windows replace Inbox.dbx on your hard drive with the version from the CD. (To be on the safe side, I'd recommend copying all dbx files onto the CD and then putting all of these files into your new set-up. This is because the file Folders.dbx stores references to the other dbx files).

Unless you are using exchange, Outlook will save all your mails as a.pst file so search for that. If you really meant outlook express then the above .dbx search is on the money.
Thanks, j2buttonsw. I was thinking that Outlook and Outlook Express both use the same file formats. As you pointed out, Outlook uses .pst instead of .dbx but the same technique should still work.
