i am a business and only recently purchased two cameras which have not worked since day one i have asked company to put this right but to no avail they stated they dont give refunds because we are trade is this correct

Sounds like a load of rubbish to me but all depends what you were told or given at the time of purchase. Speak to trading standards

thanks i will the cameras are cctv brand new with softwear but wont work on the pc s two of them . they said their policy is no refund paid nearly 800 quid 5 weeks ago company is simply automative
