I've just received a mesage from McAfee which says: 'The trojan bikedeaf.exe was detected but cannot be cleaned, deleted or quarantined. We recommend that you restart your computer and use a Rescue Disk to clean the infection.' What should I do? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

The rescue disk is what you should have made before your PC became infected with the virus!   The rescue disk allows you to start the computer from a diskette (or maybe CD) which is not infected and run antivirus to clean the system.  When you install McAfee it usually asks do you want to make a rescue disk.   Maybe you can get someone else with McAfee to do one for you.
