How long does it take to upgrade to 9.something. ?
Mine's been upgrading for the last 1 & 1/2 hrs & all I now have is the 'apple' logo on the screen & it seems locked up. .I can't even switch it off! Tia

Try holding down the home button and the off button at the same time to force it to close. Then turn on again. As iOS 9 was a while ago now that may be the problem as you are updating something that has been superseded.
