hi can anyone help? i use internet banking and it has been fine in the past but i now have a problem ,it is probable that it is my fault because i do tend to mess when i am bored but i do not remember what i have done this time ,anyway when i log on and finally get to the bank statement it is huge and i have to keep moving the page up bown and across to read it .has anyone got any ideas ?is it something to do with my settings?if so i am in real trouble as i havn't a clue what that means ,any sugestions will be appreciated thanks in advance .jacko.

In Internet Explorer, is View > Text Size set to Medium or smaller?

hi tomd ,sorry i had to shoot off ,i only ever  go through aol so i can't say ,shall i try it?

hi again tomd,i just tried internet explorer and it is the same . i am not sure i understand your question i am basically thick as brick ,i should have mentioned that .
Have you altered anything under the Control panel>accessibility options to make the font larger perhaps?
Does your mouse have a wee scroll wheel on it? If so, hold the "control" key on your keyboard and scroll it back and forward. This should make the text size grow and shrink.

thanks guys&gals? i have been on aol live help and just tried there solution but that justmade it worse i will now try stevie21,s suggestion and get back to you all in a minute ok .

fanbl***y tastic i logged on and pressed ctrl and flicked my wee scroll wheel and hey presto it worked brilliantly thanks a lot to you all and i will try and give stevie21 stars. once again thanks .
