depends on how long you have windows 10 installed
You can get a Windows 7 disk and genuine licence key from ebay for about £25. If you can borrow a Windows 7 oem Home Premium disk, you can use that with a genuine licence key from ebay...about £10. That is legal as you are paying for the key. I've bought several and all have activated without problems. I agree about Windows 10. To get even the basic settings sorted out is very time consuming. So many things to take into consideration as well as privacy settings.
Of course ensure all important documents, photographs are copied off the computer first before a clean-reinstall. Save browser settings and bookmarks also. You will have to reinstall any programs afterwards....good luck!
get a young guy you know to set the sign in page correctly then no problems at all after that, millions of other have no issues with win10
