i have got a hp1005 laser jet printer. why oh why cant i refill the cartridges? its a pain in the ????

Which 1005, P1005, M1005?

Depending on how handy you are you can.

There are instructional videos on youtube.

If cutting the refill port poses a problem purchase a re-filled cartridge then go from there.

1ozzy, sorry its a hp p1005. i have seen so many places advertising to refill your cartridge, but refuse to refill mine. saw that vid, looks very messy to me. visions of destroying some furniture if i try to do it myself.
