wintib32.exe;

its a trojan horse downloader. It pops up and appears in my temp files everytime i load IE.

AVG recognises it and allows me to delete it but then it pops back up next time!

How to i get rid of it, FOR GOOD!

If you are running xp, try switching off system restore, then run AVG. Kill the virus and restart system restore. Hopefully that should sort it.
Use Firefox.

Download ewido security suit which is free.

Start your computer in safe mode (pressing f8 on bootup)

Make sure you have chosen the option to show all files including hidden (do this from the toolbar in windows explorer go to: Tools/folder options/view/show hidden files.

Run the ewido security suite and follow the instructions.

Then reboot into windows as normal.

This should cure your problem (expect ewido to find quite a few so don't be alarmed)
