took a month subscription out £9.99 downloaded and stored 1000s songs, they were all playing untill yesterday . my subscription was taken out 1 week ago .

what could be wrong.

Thanks for counting to 7 for me lozzy. I saw the bit that said "my subscription was taken out 1 week ago" but took that to mean his payment was taken out of his account a week ago, but maybe your interpretation is right
