Exeem is quite good. BitTorrent was also, though I think they're cracking down on the torrent sites like http://www.torrentreactor.com

www.mininova.org is pretty good but obviously illegal, so I personally would never use it ;-)

I use www.isohunt.com and www.mininova.org and the software I use to allow torrent downloads is BitLord.
