I'm trying to change the ink in my printer at home I've only ever done it at work and when I've come to do it the printer is different and I cant move the thing along to change the cartridge. Anyone know what to do?

if it's an Epsom.Open the hatch and press the ink change button.You may have to hold it pressed down.there will be three buttons POWER, PAPER FEED and Ink change

As above, but depending on the make, there should be an icon (perhaps in your system tray) - Right click on there and check the printer properties - most have a step by step guide how to replace the cartridges - if not in system tray,would be in Control panel>printers>properties - replace ink cartridge (or similar)

i had the same problem with my printer it is an hp750 i lifted the lid and found that i could not get at the cartridges luckily my son turned up just as i was about to give up ,he turned the printer on and the cartridges slid from the left and sat in the middle of the printer where i easily changed them.hope this helps jacko.
