My itunes on computer seem to be two editions. And cause conflict particularly downloading.

What I think might help the situation. ...is to delete all the itunes stuff on the computer, and then reinstall, and then sync the iPad, to put it all back, as I download everything onto the iPad nowadays.

Comment from you techies out there!

I'm just a 70 year old, but quite with it re iPad etc. Had mine four years now and do keynote presentations ... So not a complete numpty.

But the itunes problem is also on iPad as, stuff gets stuck, and done or retry come up ..but neither do ANYTHING, very very frustrating.

Any suggestions appreciated.

I have sorted this out several times on my own PC and everything is fine. Do not delete anything but go into Control Panel and add/remove programs and then uninstall any versions. Download and reinstall the latest version. See if that cures it, so hope this helps...
