Are there any sites I can download films? I dont mind paying a set monthly fee. are any of these legal?

There is currently nowhere you can download the sort of films that you get at the cinema legally, despite what some sites that charge a fee tell you.

There are plenty of sites where, with the appropriate software, you can do so illegally.

There are also plenty of sites where you can rent 5 DVDs, watch and return 2 and they'll send you the next 2 on your list.

You just keep watching them and returning them and have a constant supply of films.

If you don't mind paying a monthly fee then I suggest you enrol with a dvd club. I've joined LOVEFiLM and they're very good. Why don't you try their 4 week free trial?
