Whilst not being a Facebook visitor I would say that no one is immediately identifiable on the Net. If I understand correctly one is allocated an ID for the duration and it takes a bit of police/ISP engineer work to try to work out who any particular individual was. Unless the visitor has logged in somewhere, in which case they might be known to the site admin, you are unlikely to have any way of knowing.
No, there are adds suggesting otherwise but they don't work at all.
