Anybody got other fun tricks to share with those of us who are not completely computer savvy?

Daisy:
If you hold down the Alt key and type some numbers on the keypad [NOT on the numbered keys at the top of your keyboard] you can enter some unusual symbols. (Your keyboard's number lock has to be turned on but it's usually on by default anyway). Then you can type things such as:
♪ ♫ ♥ ♣ ☺ ☼
