Which way do computer cursors point in China?

In countries where text reads left to right, computer cursors point diagonally up and left.  Is this the case in countries where text either reads right to left or up and down?

I've just come back from China where I used a variety of internet cafe computers. In those the mouse arrow was the same as in the UK.
