Whatever you do, DO NOT GO TO TISCALI .. They do not support migration, call centre in India is useless, and they are a bunch of liars.. It took them over six weeks to inform BT to remove their marker off my line, and that was only because I got OFCOM involved. (I'd been on adsl with them, and worldonline, who they took over for over 5 years)

I am going to go to NAIMS (Network And Internet Management Services) for my ADSL.. Im now on dial up with them.. customer service is very good.. contract is initialy 3 months, then it's on a monthly basis. No download limits and no port blocking.

I'm with Plusnet.......have been on their broadband service for just over a year and joined them due to other's recommendations........I have had very little trouble and find their customer services first class.

They are consistently in the top ten of UK ISP's for speed. dependability and customer service.
