iTunes - Tracks stopping early

I have recently upgraded my PC and now on Windows 7, upon reinstalling iTunes and transferring across all my tracks any tracks that were previously downloaded through iTunes now stop 30 seconds before the end of the track. I have check under 'Get Info' and the track start and stop times have not been changed for any of them - any ideas how I can fix this?

Try installing the back up versions you made (you made back ups, right!?) or download your purchased tracks again from itunes:

Thanks for your answer - I have just tried to download one of the tracks again through iTines and that has worked.
