As I work in central London and am affected by the tube, I have been told I will be 'homeworking' for the duration.
And as I live a couple of boroughs away, everything will really be disrupted.
The Olympic torch is coming down my high street, oh joy.

2) no doubt 2 Londoners are just being dumped on left right and center, there are people near sites that won't be allowed to park outside their own homes. We are being told to take time off work, not drive down this or that road and stay off public transport.
Anyone who raises a voice is told to like it or lump it oh we will be paying for it for generations and there will be awhite elephant in Stratford

1 - No
2 - Yes (I work in Central London)
3 - I think the Olympics is a staggering waste money. I also think we were misled (for misled, read lied to) over the budget. How the budget increased from approx £2bn 6 years ago to over £12bn now simply beggars belief. If we weren't lied to, then the original budget setters were utterly incompetent. Budgets are, of course, moveable feasts, but being out by 500% is ridiculous.
Plus, frankly, I really couldn't give a tinker's cuss which African is faster than another African in the 10,000 metres, or which country wins the synchronised swimming.
