... on my daughter's laptop and it has lost it's internet connection thing and it says there is no network available. It is a Sony Vaio laptop. Anyone know how I get the connection back? Thanks.

I have a vaio - could it be the switch at the front (on mine) which turns the wireless LAN on and off
