I haven't done this for so long that I've forgotten how to do it....
Have received an email which requires me to confirm registration by copying/pasting a link into my browser. I've highlighted the link, but there's no Copy button obvious, and no Paste on the browser screen. Could you remind me what to do next, please?

after selecting do a 'right click' this should bring up a menu of options. One of these should be copy.

I hope it's a link to a genuine site and not a phishing type email
Not Fair! we all posted at 15.08 - down with Microsoft!!
If it's a link then just click on it.
at least i'm not using IE to do it
Is it legitimate, tearinghair, were you expecting it? If not it could be a scam, and your computer could be at risk if you do either of those things.

Many thanks for your answers, I've now done it successfully. I'd tried the 'just click on the link', Chuck, but that hadn't worked (the email specifically said copy and paste into browser). Thank you for your concern, everyone, but it is a legitimate site (Telegraph) and it was something I was expecting. I'll write down your instructions so I won't have to ask again.
Even .. R click on a link and 'open in browser'
.. or 'paste and Go'

Those options didn't seem to be available, Albags, but thanks anyway.
