Copying "bookmarks" in Firefox

Is there a way to copy all my bookmarks (in Firefox) onto an external hard drive, and then plug the external hard into a different lappy ??

On the bookmarks menu select show all bookmarks, then click on the import/export button at the top and export all bookmarks to HTML, save the file it creates in a location you can find it and then copy to the new computer and repeat the above but import from HTML instead.

There is a auto sync option in firefox that will keep your bookmarks updated between different computers, not tried it myself though.

and the sync thing that chuck mentioned also works very well - keeps my netbook/laptop/pc bookmarks in line :)
I use XMarks on firefox. This will sync your bookmarks online and you can then sync then to any computer with XMarks installed.
