I have asked 2 questions about this mobile but notice still unanswered so if anyone looking can help with those please plus how do I select a ringtone as at the moment mobile set to vibrate instead of a ring.Thanks so much.

Sounds a bit like you have silent mode on, but phone vibrate ticked.

1.Select "Settings"
2.Select "Sound and Display"
3. Ensure Silent mode is unticked
4 Select a Phone Ringtone.
5 Adjust Ringer Volume

If you wish the phone to vibrate as well, tick phone vibrate , otherwise untick.
