Is there an idiot proof way/and idiot's guide to transferring contact details from one Blackberry to another?

My old one is dead so I've got a replacement and really don't want to have to manually enter them all - it will take me all day!

if its totally dead you can only try the sim and the memory card in new phone and see what contacts are on there.

I may be wrong.

you should always keep you contacts synchronize online or on your PC at least.
