I have a Blackberry 8800 linked to my work e-mail account. I am experiencing problems synchronising with Microsoft Outlook.

Appointments placed in the Calendar on the Blackberry do not appear in the Calendar on Outlook but those put into Outlook appear on the Blackberry?!?

In reverse, if I delete or file an e-mail on the Blackberry it automatically synchronises this with my Inbox on Outlook but deleting or moving e-mails in Outlook does not update on the Blackberry. Very confused any the company IT department aren't interested!?!
