We are appearing on a TV quiz show in a couple of weeks and want to save the 2 episodes for posterity. Someone has suggested saving it on youtube but how do I do that? We don't have a DVD recorder, just a Virgin media box. Can you download a TV programme from the PC? Any suggestions on how to do this would be VERY VERY helpful

If you use Firefox as your web browser, there are loads of free "Add Ons" ... like "Download Helper" which let you save YouTube clips.

If you don't have Firefox, you can download that for free, as well.
