So a keylogger then?

These are generally used for things like stealing passwords etc so I'm not prepared to suggest one.

ah yes, i see fair enough. actually hadnt thought of that... i just lost a couple of documents that i had taken ages to do (application forms) and realised a paragraph or 2 was in the clipboard...and wanted the rest to be really.
i also did a clean up so they are not even there as temp files...

oh well just a thought

if i wanted a keylogger...id just download one anyway...no need to ask
If you are using an app without an Autosave feature it can be a 'lifesaver' to get into the habit of saving your work every few minutes or so.
joko, I've done that many times - I have now trained myself to keep "saving" documents as I go along, it's so frustrating to have to keep starting from scratch!

i usually do, and thought i had...it was only when i went to find i realised it was totally gone... i got back a paragraph from the clipboard that i had moved but thats it...
i did a wipe in the meantime which means its not even in recent docs or recovered files etc...
its set to auto save so im not sure where it went...
very frustrating but hey ho...

cheers all
