My monitor (Xerox XA-7) keeps getting white lines marked across it if I sit on a page for more than a certain amount of time. I've tried lowering the contrast/brightness and I've left it overnight with a totally white page (which cures it temporarily).
Is it on the way out or is there a cure ?

It's not screen burn, it's image persistence (you can't screen burn a LCD).

It's a fault, get it replaced if it's still under warranty. (all xerox screens have a 3 year warranty)
