see if your connections are loose what u mean by flickering picture wobble or breaking up are u on freeview

You might need a signal booster. Our channel five is awful. Always breaking up especially if someone revs a car outside.

might be something else then, digital doesn't wobble it breaks up into large pixels i:e: it pixilates
