BT Internet broadband use.

Hello Folks,
My broadband supplier is BT Internet. Please can somebody let me know if is possible to find out how much of my 10gb monthly quota I have used on any particular day.

Eg. Lets say that I want to download 5gb of data. How do I find out if that would take me over my monthly limit as I might have already used 6gb worth.

I have looked around in my user account, but could not find what I was looking for.

Your help is and always has been very much appreciated.
