Urgent - email help!

I am in my local library trying to print off e tickets for train/bus/plane but there is nothing in my inbox! I have been back home once and 'forwarded' all the confirmation emails to myself as the inbox was empty but nothing has shown up in my inbox, yet I have not deleted anything. How can I get access to my emails to print off my tickets? (52 minutes left!).
