Then there's the shocking car accident when Mr and Mrs Smith collided with a car driven by Mr and Mrs Ball. The Smiths were trapped in their car, which caught fire and burst into flames, leaving them trapped inside with no way out. The fire brigade arrived and couldn't get close enough to rescue them but fortunately Mr and Mrs Ball were close enough to attempt a rescue. Sadly, Mrs Smith was found dead, but fortunately Mr Smith was pulled from the wreckage by the Balls.

When I worked at BP thre was a chap called John Thomas.  We all had name plates on the side of the desk dividers.  They got fed up of replacing his!

And no, I didnt have one.

I still chuckle when I call someone who is called Juan Carlos Juanca( Wan-ca).
