I'm not sure I understand your problem; I've kept milk in a flask for 24 hours with no problems.
If Mamy's assumption that you mean milky tea or coffee then do what we do and take a small flask of milk and a big flask of hot drink. Add the milk at drinking time.

I take a flask of coffee to work and sometimes the milk curdles. It looks terrible and tastes horrible . Ive tried doing the water not boiling and using fresh milk . Just looking for a tip that isnt on Google
What kind of milk are tou using captain?
I’ve taken a flask to work for a long time with skimmed milk & no problems. Tried it with soya & it curdled.
I’ve had coffee in a flask with semi-skinned milk and never had any problems.

I have semi skimmed milk and i only have a room for 1 flask ,so the idea of taking 2 flasks is not really applicable.
I've had the same problem so gave up and used that coffee mate powder stuff. Not in the flask, after I've poured the coffee
Have you access to a fridge in work captain? If you have take milk superset, though it may be used by others!

I've made coffee the night before...let it cool...then add required amount of cream to it. No flask now, so have put in a water bottle and then fridge. Heat in microwave at work (in a cup). But in the past I used a proper flask with no problems.
Never had a problem using long life milk
