hello, is there anyway i can see when my pc has been turned on, off, restarted etc ?? thanks

Windows writes messages to the event log all the time, often for very minor things (information messages).

But it will give you an idea when the computer was on and off, by looking at the dates and times of the messages.

Look in the Application log or the System log.
