Windows XP Problems

I had a recent problem with my laptop and had to use the recovery disk to perform a windows repair, All seemed to go well until the end when the computer rebooted after the repair instillation and got to the windows xp log on screen where it says click on account name but my name does not appear even though as part of the reapir i had to re enter my name so I can't log on. I have tried rebooting in safe mode to get around this problem but always end up at this screen, Can anybody help?

Tricky. Have you tried Administrator?

Might be worth contacting the vendor and seeing if they have a standard install admin/password combo that the recovery disc auto-defaults to.
