I have bought a secondhand touch screen to build a touchscreen jukebox with, and I was wondering rather than have a heavy and bulky PC power it, could I use a lap top and just plug the touch screen in to it ?
Would it pun the laptop ok?
Could I even loose the laptop screen totally to save space?
Any ideas folks?

If you have an ipod touch you can actually use that to remotely control itunes. So you could hide your pc somewhere. Then you can see on the itouch what music you have on the pc.

And yes you can take the screen off a laptop and run it on just the touchscreen.
