i pod TOUCH broken screen help.........................................

HI,my daughter has had her i pod touch since april,and dropped it on the kitchen floor...:-( it still works but the screen is all cracked very badly,any ideas what i should do,i still have reciept,or is this an expensive accident any help appreciated many thanks
