Windows Media Player

Having a bit of trouble with WMP. If I decide to play an album using WMP, after the first track has finished, the player then decides to play, perhaps track 7, then back to track 4 etc. Not a real problem, but annoying. I also have Media Monkey which is playing OK. Any ideas out there ?

are you playing a disc? or from library either way try click on the double arrow bottom far left of the play Icon at the bottom, it turns shuffle on (highlighted) or off (unhighlighted)

Hogbody, you are a diamond !! Brilliant. It doesn't help when the old "mince pies" aren't what they used to be !
