Scam or Not?

Today I received a phone call from Co-Mantra. A guy with a strong Indian accent claimed Microsoft was running slowly on my PC. Gave him my email address and card details - he remotely worked on my PC. He claimed £275 for a 5 year warranty (£55 per year). All sounded very genuine. Have I been scammed and if so what can I do about it?

I don't see why this should be a wind-up; Co Mantra do exist and evidently do this sort of thing, but they're not widely known. Sounds like a perfectly legitimate question to me, and has attracted some sensible advice.
This won't be a recurring payment, but a one off hit.

I say this because my link shows this is a scam company, and they will be looking to grab and run.

The card needs to be cancelled, telling M&S that the card has been compromised.
