I have a very load buzzing noise coming from the computer when gaming, so i tried to investigate by opening the case and i found the noise coming from the hard drive, normally the hardrive doesnt make a sound, but when gaming it makes a buzzing noise the noise appears to come after i have been gaming for about 1hr i think its to do with the cooling_! or not but what i want to know is if anybody else has had the problem and can anyone sugest some decent cooling from front to back of case. The buzzing noise is not constant it is sort of intermittent heeeelp

did you not like my answer your other question.
It seems to me that your PC is storing lots of data, from your gaming activities, across lots of locations on your hard drive. Initially there's very little need for your PC to access the drive but, as time goes by, it reaches a point where the Pc is constantly trying to access different locations on the drive at very high speed. So the normal quiet clicking sound (which can be heard whenever a drive is being accessed) turns into a constant buzz.

PS: Good evening, Chuck. I've driven through your area twice today. With the Woolpack offering bitter at £1.69 per pint, I'm surprised that you're not down the pub!

thanks Buenchico but this is a new hard drive and im pretty sure it is something to do with cooling well i hope so
You probably also drove right past my front door twice then Chris :) sadly I don't like bitter, otherwise £1.89 a pint might have persuaded me to walk to the furthest away pub.
