Boot configuration Data file does not contain valid information.

Tried Recovery disk to no avail. Uninstalled updates, no good.

The error code 0x0000098 typically indicates that Windows can't find a required system file for booting. Since you're unable to repair the existing installation, a clean installation of Windows 11 might be the way to go.

Is the hard disk automatically wiped ?

Is there anything in settings about repairing ?

Try entering the bios boot menu by pressing the key(usually del) before the boot tries to run after switch on. Make sure the monitor is on of course. Look at the boot mode menu and choose UEFI/BIOS Boot Mode  ... Enter.
Enable Legacy Bios Boot Mode (keyboard arrow toggle usually)and Enter.

I think you can save that afterwards.
