My pc's desktop has turned black although all the icons are visible. I think it has something to do with the message about possibly having a dodgy copy of Windows. You know the one - it asks if you want to verify authenticity & then wants to charge you. Any ideas how I can get rid of the message & restore the desktop to normal gratefully received. Oh & my copy of Windows is genuine! TIA
