security certificates ?

my laptop will not let me on to certain sites i require , when i attempt to it says this site is not in your security certificates, does anyone know how i can update this is i can ascess sites needed, thanks

Check the time and date settings on your computer first.

What web browser are you using, and are you sure that is the exact error?

as far as i now its msn and the error says certificate revoked ??

MSN isn't a browser, click on the help menu and you should be able to work out what browser (my lowest item in the help menu is "about Shiretoko" so my browser is Shiretoko

but if it says "certificate revoked" I'd be worried about going to that site, can you post an example of a site you get that error on.

the lowest one is internet explorer, and the sites revoked is american express and msn hotmail, sorry not very good with computers

in IE Goto Tools menu > Internet Options > Advanced.
Scroll dowwn to Security and untick the box - Check for Server Certificate Revocation.
