For some time now I have been having a problem getting on-line, when I try, through 'internet explorer', I am told my modem or cables are disconnected, not true. Is this a common problem? I have my broadband with Wanadoo (Orange) through a BT phone line. More annoying is when I am on-line and the connection fails. Any comments as to this problem would be appreciated but please do not make them too technical!!
