i have been with orange home max for 13 months now and it is a 18 months contract!!
there has been so many problems with ie my live box has wireless but does not work, it always loses connection and sometimes i have no connection at all.

is there anyway i can cancel it with no penalty's??

and since i no longer live in my house there is no need to have it i am in a flat with a friend who already has the net and its not orange!!
please help thanks
