Do you have a Windows disc (preferably an SP2 or SP3 one)?

Nope the operating system was already installed on the computer when i bought it and didnt come with any disk
Every time you turn your computer on you are rebooting it. What I assume you have done is re-installed Windows from a recovery partition on your hard drive. Naturally the contents of that partition will restore your computer to the state it was in when it left the factory - so if you bought it before the release of SP2, then SP2 will no longer be there!

I recommend that you download and install SP3 (which is a roll-up of all he updates and service packs).

You can get it here:

Yeh re-installed that what i did, i downladed the SP3 (as i couldent update as said before) but since ive installed SP3 nothing works (updates for Windows and IE)
If someone brought a computer to me with these symptoms, I would check the IE connection settings (just in case some weird proxy had crept in) and run a thorough Virus/Spyware scan. Assuming that this didn't reveal anything, I would then do a "repair" installation of Windows; unfortunately you need an XP disc for this.
