Hi, any help greatly appreciated as this is REALLY annoying me now. I keep getting a window pop up everytime i turn on my laptop which is a Google end user license agreement but the page just says 'this programme cannot display the webpage'. Theres no getting rid of it either, I've un-installed anything I thought might get rid but it's still there. PLEASE HELP!

Try uninstalling Google Toolbar and reinstalling it.

Is there anything in the Startup programs folder?

I have uninstalled google toolbar but haven't reinstalled yet.
Nothing in start up folder.
